Andrea Maack puts its own spin on orris, "your skin but better" scents with Neon Veil, giving it a crackling, electric edge. Not sure if that's solely attributable to the pink peppercorn, but this composition has a metallic, almost ozonic accord that modernizes this classic profile for the digital age. If you're into clean, metallic iris, this one's for you. Even better, once it warms up on your skin and projects, it's a compliment getter.

I already own quite a few fragrances in this scent profile since it's one of my absolute favorites, so I almost skipped this one. Luckily, it came in the discovery set - and I'm so glad it did.
It has that effortless your skin but better vibe, but with a sparkling, luminous twist. The longevity is impressive, and what I enjoy most is that it evolves beautifully on my skin instead of remaining linear.
